The 2" ankle cuff buckles tightly and the 1/2" strap goes under the shoe in front of the heel. These buckles don't have locking tongues, but you can still put padlocks (sold separately) through the regular buckle holes in the strap to make removal of these cuffs and the high heels impossible without the keys!

One of the best things about rubber is that you can shine it. We've shined this one using our wonderful latex and rubber safe silicone lubricant. I've found this is better than most shining agents - and cheaper too!
